Root Canal Treatment

Also called Endodontics, this procedure is applied in fractured teeth with deep cavities or injured pulp tissues. It starts with the opening of the pulp chamber, in order to access the dental pulp and remove the neurovascular bundle, commonly called “kill the nerve”.

The next step is the measurement, instrumentation, cleaning and biomechanical preparation of root canals to finally culminate with the shutter and sealing of the root canal. Prior to the treatment, the damaged tooth must be rebuild with a bolt and an authentic porcelain crown made in our office.
